NBA superstar Shaquille O’Neal has been issued a restraining order from up-and-coming Atlanta rapper Alexis Miller claiming he has threatened her over the phone and via e-mail.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Miller, who goes by the rap alias MaryJane, claims that she was romantically involved with O’Neal and after they broke-up last month, he has allegedly “threatened to ‘blackball’ [her] from the recording industry by paying established artists…$500 each for their agreement to refuse to perform or record with her in the future.”
In addition to alleging that the four time NBA champion harassed her over the phone with heavy breathing, she also claims he sent her several emails including “an unsolicited vulgar and offensive illustration of a man physically restraining a woman while forcing her to engage in sexual intercourse with him.”.
“I dnt no who the fuk u think u dealin wit,” one message reads. “u will neva be heard from one phone call is all I gotta make no try me. Sho me.”
Miller’s lawyer L. David Wolfe informed TMZ the two have known each other for 18 months.
