One week after being hospitalized due to health related issues, Boot Camp Clik leader Buckshot is back home.

As previously reported, the Brooklyn-bred rapper was rushed to a medical center last Friday (September 26) after a three-week European tour left the emcee suffering from “a series of seizures.” Duck Down Marketing Director Noha spoke with SOHH detailing the impact Buckshot’s situation had on the label and confirmed his release from the facility.

“Buckshot was hospitalized longer than we had anticipated and we are relieved that he’s finally coming home,” Noha told SOHH. “It had the whole Duck Down family and his fans concerned about his well-being.”

Originally scheduled to perform in New York City a day after being hospitalized, Noha also assured fans that the rapper would pick-up where he left off.

“Hopefully we can now focus on his music and we look forward to the rescheduled ‘Tribute To Classics’ show with Black Moon and Smif N Wessun at the NYC Knitting Factory on November 8th.”

Tickets originally purchased for last month’s show will be honored on the event’s date, Saturday, November 8.
